Straight from the meanest Baltimore streets and seediest juke joints the East Coast has ever seen, this fiery red head ran away from home on x-mas at the tender age of 16 after her parents failed to grant her one request and only heart's desire: Cha Cha Wheels. She can still hear their voices ringing in her ear "Nice girls don't wear Cha Cha Wheels!" Now she skates the Cha Cha around her opponents in the rink with a gang of bawdy women they call the Devil Dollies. They're a rough bunch but they'll steal your hearts!
