6. Are there any restrictions with a team roster?
Every team has a TEAM ROSTER that can have a roster of up to 20 people on it. That is the roster you should submit in your application. Still, WFTDA 3.1 rules allow swapping people between your GAME ROSTER and TEAM ROSTER between tournament games, so there's still a point in bringing more than 14 players if you wish to do so.
Participant Information
1. What is the venue like?
Rainbow Roller Rink has a 70 x 150 polyurethane wood floor. Our skaters wear a variety of wheels, and most do not have a problem with the floor. You should be fine as long as your wheels have a bit of grip, although sometimes skaters with worn out wheels find the floor a bit slippery. Some common wheels used on our floor: Answer Omegas, Zodiacs, Flat Outs, Tuners, Speed Rays, G-rods, Cannibals and Fugitives.

This means that everyone who is getting for free must either be on a registered team's roster, or fill out the volunteer section of the registration form (referees, officials, statisticians, announcers) and be selected.
