How you can help

Currently, the Queen City Roller Girls are seeking league sponsorship to support their upcoming debut season.

This all female, skater owned and operated league features three teams ~ the Devil Dollies, Nickel City Knockouts, and Suicidal Saucies ~ who will compete locally from March - June 2007.

The start up costs of a roller derby league are substantial! Initial costs include: incorporation fees, insurance costs, association membership fees, as well as practice space and equipment rentals. Also, mounting and funding bouts each month throughout the season has its own separate set of costs, which includes: venue rental, liquor licenses, additional insurance, payment for bands/performers we recruit for halftime and so forth. Then there are uniforms, web hosting fees, merchandise and costs associated with getting our Summer travel team on the road!

While we require all members of the league to pay monthly dues, their contribution does not cover our costs completely. While we are exploring, and have hosted, several fundraising ideas, we still need resources to make them happen.

We need sponsors like you to donate goods, services, or financial backing to help us makes the Queen City Roller Girls a success!

We hope that you can take part in making this new spectator sport to the Western New York region a resounding success! We invite you to peruse the following materials at your leisure and offer you the unique opportunity to take advantage of the attention and support sponsorship of the Queen City Roller Girls can bring to your business.
